The next model up from the Panasonic DMP-BD60 is the Panasonic DMP-BD80 blu ray player and as usual it’s a quality player. However, looking at the specifications between the two players, it’s hard to justify the price difference.

The rest of the specification of the Panasonic DMP-BD80 blu ray player is pretty much the same as the DMP-BD60. They both have excellent 1080p high definition picture quality and 24 frames per second cinema speed.

Also users can use the both of these Panasonic blu ray players to access the internet and play videos on sites like YouTube. Just like the DMP-BD60 the Panasonic DMP-BD80 has SD and USB slots to play stored files.

Looking at the differences between the two which Panasonic Blu Ray Player should you buy. Well it does look like the extra cash is not really enough to persuade most people to get the dearer Panasonic DMP-80 blu ray player.

So unless your need the analogue style audio ports I would go for the Panasonic DMP-60 blu-ray player instead.
